Overview & Responsibilities

O2 Digital Creative Agency is seeking to add another talented individual to our Pittsburgh-based team. As part of our agency, you’ll be working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented setting, where you’ll use your skills and strengths in all aspects of the development process.

We create a variety of web-based solutions for our clients – from simple brochure sites, to e-commerce sites, mobile apps, and custom business management software platforms. In every project, we strive to provide a new and unique experience for our clients, through the use of innovative technology and the latest industry standards.

Your day-to-day activities will require and involve:

  • Maintaining & updating client websites
  • Working within PHP, MySql, and Apache is required
  • Developing modular code for application on multiple projects
  • Knowledge of typical content management systems
  • Working within a Linux Environment and on the Command Line
  • The desire to learn and implement the latest technologies
Additional responsibilities
  • Knowledge of today's website standards
  • Participate and contribute in team meetings
  • Analyze website structures and old code for improvements
  • Working as a team to design and develop products from concept to completion
Serious Candidates Should Possess
  • A desire to continually learn and improve their development skills
  • Ability to develop in an OOP style
  • Personal management skills including organizing and managing multiple projects
  • Comfort working in small groups and communicating with a team

Education
  • Bachelor (preferred)
Experience
  • 4 years experience with Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL

COVID-19 Considerations:

We are currently working remotely from our Pittsburgh-based office, with occasional in-office gatherings. This is a Work-from-Home Position.
